WIC Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Certifying Authority (CA)
We are a growing medical and dental health group that also offers WIC services, based in Plainview, Texas, and are looking for a WIC Licensed Vocational Nurse/Certifying Authority who will inspire and grow with us as a company.

Requirements:
· Licensed to practice vocational nursing in the state of Texas or a BS in nutrition or a BS/BA with 12 hours of nutrition and six hours of sciences from an accredited college
· Experience as a health care professional in maternal and child health or some nutrition-related experience is desirable.
· Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and vehicle insurance in Texas
Responsibilities:
· Determining eligibility for WIC applicants based on local, state, and federal guidelines
· Providing nutrition counseling and referrals based on need and teaching nutrition classes
· Screening immunizations records
