Dr. Bidwell is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has been in practice for twenty-five years; ten years in private practice and fifteen years in community health centers. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Medical School and completed his Family Medicine Residency in Lubbock, Texas in 1990.
Dr. Bidwell has been designated a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Society. He has served on the Hereford Regional Medical Center Board of Regents and an alternate delegate for the South Texas Chapter of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. He was the CMO of RHN from 2007 – 2009 and has been the Laboratory Director since 2009. Dr. Bidwell is fluent in English and Spanish.
