Ms. Garza a native of the Texas Panhandle, graduated from RN School in 1999. She worked as a nurse in rural community hospital (ER, Med-surgical, OR, ICU, and OB) before returning to school to receive her BSN in 2004 and MSN from West Texas A&M University in 2007. Ms. Garza is fluent in English and Spanish.
