Dr. Garcia was born in Cuba and was raised in Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico and received her dental degree from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine in 1992. Dr. Garcia was in private practice from 1993-2010. In 2010 she joined Community Health Center (COSSMA) in the eastern part of the Island as an attending Dentist.
She was also a Clinical Supervisor and Professor of Residents at Lutheran Medical Center, New York (AEGD I, II Program) and Assistant Professor at Medical Science Campus, School of Dental Medicine for undergraduate dental students. Dr. Garcia is fluent in English & Spanish.
