Dr. Hough, a Texas native graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in German. Dr. Hough received his medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio and completed his residency in Conroe, Texas. Dr. Hough is also certified in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Before joining RHN, Dr. Hough was working in Spring, Texas as a Family Medicine Physician.
