It does not matter who sent the message. Messages that appear to be from IT and Administration can still be dangerous. If you have any question about a suspicious email, please contact Matt at ext. 2019 and he can verify the email.

For example:

But please do not open attachments or links that you are unfamiliar with (as circled below) because they could be a virus or malware which can cause damage to your computer or the company network.
